In this special weekend course, together with Martin Škoda, you will be transported to sun-drenched Spain, where food is all about sharing, flavor, and relaxation. Part of the preparation will take place outdoors, part indoors, but always in the rhythm of the Mediterranean lifestyle.
Martin has prepared a menu full of authentic Spanish dishes, perfect for a summer feast with friends. You will learn how to make irresistible and refreshing gazpacho, an original Spanish burger, work with seafood, prepare the iconic fideuà… and, of course, there will be grilled fruit and a light yogurt cream as a sweet finale.
Spanish cuisine is one of Martin’s favorites, and he has been passionate about it for a long time. In this course, he will not only share recipes but also tips and tricks to easily bring authentic Spanish flavors into your own kitchen. ¡Olé! 🇪🇸
