Coffee cupping exists for more than hundred years through a reliable method on how to assess the quality of coffee. It takes place under strict conditions, and it takes into consideration elements such as grind, coffee sample freshness, temperature, the amount of water and the ground where the coffee grows. In this course we will explain all these conditions and will do a rigorous tasting making it an incredible an unique evening You will taste few coffee samples from both Czech and foreign roasters, we will explain the taste differences involving the diversity of their origins, you will learn about coffee harvests and more about the roasters and baristas' world. Tomas will explain about harvesting, coffee plantations, processing and answer all your questions. The course is suitable for beginners, people who work at cafes, and all coffee lovers
