About Course

This course will guide you through the making of three pillars of Italian cuisine. We will knead together a focaccia dough, explaining you the tips and adjustment for an optimal result. The focaccia will be tasted in three different versions: “Plain” to appreciate the dough itself, “Tomatoes & Oregano” a classic combination, “Butter & Anchovies” a more unusual combo which will surprise you. We will go through all the techniques which are necessary to cook a good Risotto, in this cased we will make a great Italian classic with Porcini mushrooms. Last but not least, the Tiramisù will be the sweet treat which will end our Italian gastronomic journey, proposed in this menu in a chocolate version.
